  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

3. Domestic & International Shipping

 

 

  • We currently ship within the United States and select international countries.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country.

 

 

 

 

 

4. Order Tracking

 

 

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.

 

 

 

 

 

5. Wrong Address Disclaimer

 

 

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • S Loren Lux is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.

 

 

 

 

 

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

 

 

  • Once your order is marked “delivered” by the carrier, S Loren Lux is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
