Refund Policy - the basics
At S Loren Lux, each product is handmade with love and care to bring you a luxurious glow. Because our products are personal-use body care items, we have a strict but fair returns and refunds policy to ensure safety and quality for all of our customers.
1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of skincare and body products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once your order has been shipped.

This policy helps us guarantee that every product you receive is fresh, unused, and safe.
2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email us at customerservice@slorenlux.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once verified, we will happily issue a replacement or store credit.
3. Refunds

Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not available.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing and cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds or replacements if:

The damage occurred after delivery.
