Refund Policy - the basics

At S Loren Lux, each product is handmade with love and care to bring you a luxurious glow. Because our products are personal-use body care items, we have a strict but fair returns and refunds policy to ensure safety and quality for all of our customers.

 

 

 

 

1. All Sales Are Final

 

 

  • Due to the nature of skincare and body products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once your order has been shipped.

  • This policy helps us guarantee that every product you receive is fresh, unused, and safe.

 

 

 

 

 

2. Damaged or Defective Items

 

 

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Email us at customerservice@slorenlux.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • Once verified, we will happily issue a replacement or store credit.

 

 

 

 

 

3. Refunds

 

 

  • Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not available.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

 

 

 

 

4. Cancellations

 

 

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing and cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

 

 

 

 

 

5. Non-Refundable Situations

 

 

We cannot offer refunds or replacements if:

 

  • The product was used or opened.

  • The damage occurred after delivery.

  • The wrong shipping address was provided by the customer.

  • The package was lost or stolen after being marked “delivered” by the carrier.
